Established in 1974, the Bukhatir Cricket League is one of the UAE’s most prestigious and long-standing domestic cricket competitions, serving as a key development platform for elite cricket talent in the region. Hosted annually at Sharjah Cricket Stadium, the 2026 edition marks the tournament’s landmark 50th anniversary, celebrating five decades of cricketing excellence in the UAE. The tournament will run from 10 April to 12 May 2026, featuring 14 teams competing across 33 matches in a 50-over one-day format, with fixtures taking place daily from 4:00 PM onwards.
