Lovin Dubai Launches Lovin’ Majlis, a late-night Ramadan Series celebrating food, memories and real stories

Dubai, UAE – This Ramadan, Lovin Dubai is bringing late-night conversations, nostalgia and comfort food together with the launch of Lovin’ Majlis, a brand-new Ramadan video series designed for the region’s post-Iftar and Suhoor audiences.

Premiering throughout the Holy Month, the series invites some of the UAE’s most recognisable personalities to step into the Lovin’ Majlis and bring their favourite childhood Ramadan dish, using food as a gateway to meaningful conversations about family, traditions, faith and the memories that shape how Ramadan is experienced today.

As audiences across the region naturally shift to late-night viewing during Ramadan, Lovin’ Majlis is built as a long-form storytelling format designed for both social platforms and FAST TV, delivering relaxed, reflective viewing for audiences winding down after Iftar and Suhoor.

A Ramadan series where food meets feelings

Each 30-minute centre is around a simple but powerful concept: every Ramadan dish has a story.

Guests share the personal memories and emotional connections tied to the food they grew up with, from chaotic family iftars and childhood fasting memories to the unsung heroes who carried Ramadan at home.

Through heartfelt conversations, light games and nostalgic storytelling, Lovin’ Majlis captures the spirit of Ramadan beyond recipes, focusing instead on the people, traditions and moments that make the Holy Month meaningful.

A diverse guest lineup sharing personal Ramadan stories

Across a minimum of eight episodes airing twice per week, the series will welcome a wide mix of creators, entrepreneurs, public figures and personalities from across the region, including Mo Vlogs

Farhana Bodi, Chai with Ahmed, Zubair Suroor and Virdah Javed Khan.

Each guest will bring their chosen dish into the Majlis and reflect on:

  • Childhood Ramadan memories
  • How Ramadan has changed over time
  • Their personal routines during the Holy Month

Lovin’ Majlis has been created as a multi-platform Ramadan format, premiering across Lovin Dubai’s social platforms and Lovin Dubai TV on FAST channels.

Episodes will be distributed across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, the Lovin Dubai app and LG FAST Channels in the UAE, supported by short-form cuts, highlights and interactive content designed to keep audiences engaged throughout the Holy Month.
