Augustus Media and LG Partner to Bring Lovin’ and Smashi’ Content to FAST TV on LG Channels

Dubai, UAE – December 11, 2025 – Augustus Media, in partnership with LG, hosted an exclusive industry roundtable titled “So FAST: The Future of Streaming with LG Channels” at the Augustus Media headquarters in Dubai, officially announcing the launch of Lovin’ and Smashi’ content on FAST TV via LG Channels.

The event brought together senior leaders from the media, brand, and technology sectors to explore the rapid evolution of Connected TV (CTV) and the growing role of FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television) in shaping the future of content consumption. The partnership marks a significant milestone for both, reinforcing a shared commitment to premium storytelling, scalable distribution, and future-forward media solutions.

The launch of Lovin’ and Smashi’ on FAST TV represents a strategic expansion of both brands into the connected television ecosystem, extending their digital-first content into premium, large-screen environments. Through LG Channels, audiences can now access free, always-on live and on-demand programming that blends the familiarity of traditional scheduled television with the flexibility of modern streaming,  without subscription barriers.

The FAST TV offering provides a true lean-back viewing experience tailored for the TV screen, on top of the existing Lovin’ and Smashi’ standalone apps available for download on the LG Apps. In addition to these apps, viewers can now access curated channels directly within LG Channels, featuring news, business, entertainment, and local sports, delivering a seamless and engaging discovery experience within LG’s trusted smart TV ecosystem. Designed as an immersive, studio-led experience, the event featured a live Smashi Business panel discussion with a diverse group of industry leaders across media, technology, and platform partnerships.
